The Hothead. He is the oldest of the Donnelly brothers. As a child, an out-of-control car crushed Jimmy's leg and stunted his growth. As a result, he walks with a limp and cannot drive a car. As an adult, he harborss a serious drug habit. Some time ago, he won the Firecracker Lounge in a bet. It's since become the Donnellys' base of operations. But whether his fortune is good or bad, and whether he is at odds with Tommy or not, he is always on the family's side in battles that really matter.
