The Fixer. Though he has a natural gift to lead, the second-oldest Donnelly brother is the family's begrudging protector. Once upon a time, he had dreams of leaving the neighborhood and becoming an artist, but time and again he gets pulled back to bail his brothers out of trouble. And then there's Jenny Reilly. The girl is been in love with since childhood. But some things aren't meant to be. The one thing that Tommy does know for sure is how to do the right thing, but if doing the wrong thing means keeping his loved ones safe, then Tommy will close his eyes and do what has to get done.
